Jakarta, Aktual.com – Minister of Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan claimed the decision to continue the Teluk Jakarta reclamation project has been approved by Fishery and Maritime Minister (KKP) Susi Pudjiastuti.
“KKP has agreed there is no problem. Tomorrow, the letter will be issued officially on Thursday (15/9),” said Luhut after holding a meeting with Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) in the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources, Medan Merdeka Selatan street, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (13/9).
According to Luhut the decision to continue the reclamation especially for G island with of PT Agung Podomoro as review results from one Ministry KKP.
Regarding the decision of the court of law in the matter of the reclamation permit, Luhut called the verdict is not yet legally binding because they filed an appeal.
State Administrative Court (PTUN) on May 31, 2016, in favor of the fishermen who are members of the Indonesian Traditional Fishermen Unity (KNTI) to revoke licenses issued reclamation Ahok for PT MWS on the G island.
“The lawsuit aspects heard was not reciprocated because it is not legally binding work yet,” said Luhut.
