Jakarta, Aktual.com – tectonic earthquake measuring 4.6 Richter Scale (SR) rattles the territory of the district, Nusa Tenggara Timur, on Wednesday.
“The earthquake is strong enough and felt in Lembata 11 SIG occurred at 9:49 pm,” said Head of Data and Information Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Class I Kupang Sumawan, Kupang, Wednesday (7/9).
The epicenter is located at 8.25 south latitude and 123.30 east longitude.
The earthquake occurred at 31 km Northwest the district at a depth of 10 km.
There has been no further reports on the impact of the earthquake.
