Regional Business Director West Java of PLN, Murtaqi Syamsuddin confirms all of the financing of the loan is done with the direct model of landing or directly to PLN unsecured low-interest government.

“For funding with a loan from PLN without government guarantees, has three times obtained PLN from European funding sources for other projects. Murtaqi added that construction is carried out on the land area of ​​11 square hectares is expected to be completed in the coming 2019. Meanwhile, as the winner of the bidder is Sumitomo Corporation, Black and Veatch International Company and also collaborates with local contractor PT Satyamitra Surya Perkasa.

He claimed that the winning bidder is acting as the developer has successfully completed land clearing (land acquisition) and ready to do the construction.
