Jakarta, Aktual.com – Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) scheduled examination for the President Director of PT Paramount Enterprise International Ervan Adi Nugroho. He will be questioned about the alleged bribery case registration Review (PK) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN Jakpus).
Ervan already arrived at the building around 9:45 pm KPK’s institutions. However, he declined to provide responses related to this initial examination.
“Ervan will be examined as a witness to a suspect DAS (Arianto Supeno Doddy),” said the Daily Executive Head of Public Relation Commission, Yuyuk Andriati, as confirmed on Monday (30/5).
Besides Ervan, KPK investigators too call three other private parties. They are Indri, Paul Montolalu and Ninik Prajitno Nathan.
“The three suspects were also examined for the DAS,” said Yuyuk.
In the case of security bribery, KPK investigators have established Doddy and Central Jakarta District Court Clerk Edy Nasution as a suspect. Both suspects were caught after trade for a bribe of 50 million.
However, allegedly had no previous gifts of money from Edy Doddy to Rp100 million. KPK guess there is more than one security cases conducted by Edy.
The presumption, including cases involving PT Paramount. Nevertheless, the Commission did not want to explain any cases be ‘read’ Edy.
