Jakarta, Aktual.com – Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives (DPR) Fahri Hamzah said the plenary meeting of the session of the House of Representatives to decided the fit and proper test results of Commission I of the prospective head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).
To that end, the president can inaugurate the Comgen Pol Budi Gunawan (BG) is appointed to replace Sutiyoso.
“The letter of the president about the appointment of BIN head come here (DPR) on Friday, that was even directly held board meeting too on Friday to Monday. It sends to plenary on Tuesday and on the Board deliberations, on Wednesday to commission 1 (fit and proper test), this day Thursday is being in Plenary (determination),” said Fahri, on the sidelines of the plenary session, at the Parliament complex, Senayan, Thursday (8/9).
“I hear president will back tonight, so tomorrow (Friday) was inaugurated,” he added.
Fahri said Budi Gunawan is hoped totally modernize the internal system of intelligence agencies.
“Budi Gunawan known as housing people, people like to sit in the office and lead management system. Hopefully, the internal system of the intelligence were totally modernized. So that the president and the state can watch dynamics and new realities are more complex and advanced,” he added.
