Jakarta, Aktual.com – Elections Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) propose successful team of candidates included in the rules of prohibition of money politics conducted in a structured, systematic and massive.
“We want to add (in Bawaslu regulations related to money politics), habitually giving money is the campaign team,” said Chairman of the Election Supervisory Body, Muhammad, Tuesday (4/10).
He explained, in Bawaslu Rule about money politics particulary Article 14, explained that the object of TSM pledged the money in a systematic and massive. According to him, the word “structured” was meant to do involve structural apparatus of government, electoral administration, and the campaign team mate candidates.
“We offer the proposal for law (Law on elections) only regulates the election organizers and the state apparatus,” he said.
Muhammad explains why Bawaslu want to add because based on the evaluation of the institution, many successful teams do to divide the money. According to him, the results of the evaluation, the division of the money being made timses was done systematically, mature and tidy.
