Jakarta, Aktual.com – Chairman of PT Agung Sedayu Group Sugiyanto Kusuma alias Aguan must be willing to feel ‘chill’ space of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He will be re-examined in the alleged bribery related to the ratification of two draft bill reclamation of the northern coast of Jakarta.
“Yeah, she was re-examined as a witness to a suspect MSN (Mohamad Sanusi),” said the Daily Executive Head of Public Relation KPK Yuyuk Andriati as confirmed on Tuesday (19/4).
Examination today is the second time for the Aguan. Next week she has also been examined, along with specialized staff checks of the Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Sunny Tanuwidjaja.
Aguan has entered the banned list in Immigration. He was banned for six months, since the beginning of April 2016. Blocking it, allegedly because Aguan are well know about the process of reclaiming the discussion of the draft law.
As is known, the KPK has set three people as suspects in alleged bribery case discussion draft Zoning of Coastal Areas and Small Islands (RWZP3K) and a draft regulation on the Jakarta Provincial Spatial Plan (RTR) Strategic Area Coastal North Jakarta.
They are Chairman of Commission D of Jakarta City Council Mohamad Sanusi, Personal Assistant PT APL Trinanda Prihantoro, and President Director of PT APL Ariesman Widjaja. Sanusi alleged to have received bribes amounting to Rp2 billion from Ariesman Widjaja through Trinanda.
