Jakarta, Aktual.com – Chairman of Commission D of Jakarta City Council, Mohamad Sanusi was charged by the Public Prosecutor at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), receives a bribe from the President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land, Ariesman Widjaja Rp2 billion.
Bribes are given so that Sanusi seek acceleration of the discussion and approval of the Draft Regulation (draft), on Spatial Planning Strategic Region North Coast Jakarta (RTRKSP) in the City Council.
“The defendant Mohamad Sanusi gradually accept gifts or promises each Rp1 billion of Ariesman Widjaja through his personal assistant, Trinanda Prihantoro,” said Attorney KPK, Ronald F Worotikan at the Corruption Court in Jakarta, Wednesday (24/8).
Prosecutors described KPK, bribery of Ariesman to Sanusi was first performed on March 28, 2016. At that time, Sanusi ordered his personal staff, Gerry Prasetia to take money from Trinanda Rp1 billion at Agung Podomoro Tower 46th floor, Jakarta.
The second reception occurred on March 31, 2016 with the location and the same actors. Where, after receiving money instantly met Gerry Sanusi to hand over the bribe.
“After receiving the money Rp1 billion Gerry, Gerry met Sanusi further FX Mall in Senayan, Jakarta, and then hand over the money to Sanusi,” said attorney Ronald.
On the indictment, Gerindra politician is charged under Article 12 letter a Act (Act) No. 31 of 1999, as amended into Law No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption Eradication, in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
