Jakarta, Aktual.com – Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) returned to revoke 161 Mining Business License (IUP) in Central Sulawesi province.

Information received on Thursday (4/8), it is based on the announcement of the Director General of Mining, dated July 29, 2016 regarding the determination 1115.Pm/04/DJB/2016 numbers IUP “clear and clean (CnC)” to eighteen and a list of IUP repealed by governors / regents / mayors.

The IUP revocation due to not meet the criteria for administrative, territorial, technical and environmental as well as financially appropriate Minister Regulation No. 43 Year 2015 junto ESDM No. 02 of 2013.

As the largest regional Morowali District 89 IUP, Parigi Moutong 2 IUP, Tojo Una-una 4 IUP, IUP Tolitoli 5, Sigi 6 IUP and Palu 10 IUP.

In a circular letter also mentioned 14 IUP in Sulawesi who qualify in determining the status of the CnC 3 IUP Banggai, Buol 1 IUP, IUP Morowali 2, 4 IUP North Morowali, Parigi Moutong 1 IUP and Tolitoli 3 IUP.
