Jakarta, Aktual.com – Commission V of the House of Representatives (DPR) warned the Ministry of Transportation conducted a study on thorough internal related to the determination member National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT).
It responded to the alleged legal flaws in the selection process members of KNKT, because of the emergence of the name Captain FX Nurcahyo Utomo as members. In fact, of the 12 names listed candidates who have no corresponding name when the selection is done.
“I have asked the Ministry of Transportation through the Secretary-General to follow up on the internal related to the determination Nurcahyo Utomo,” said Chairman of Commission V of the House of Representatives Fary Djemy Francis, in Jakarta, Friday (16/9).
Said to him, the commission V will hold an internal meeting if the report has been obtained from the Ministry of Transportation. However, the commission can directly make the committee work without waiting for a full report MoT as partners.
“If we have a report of a complete internal we need not wait for a report from the Ministry of Transportation to create a Working Committee (Panja),” said the politician Gerindra.
That Council of NTT II constituency was assumed if the determination Nurcahyo Utomo as KNKT member not through the procedure of the selection committee.
“If it was not in accordance with procedures meant thereof (alleged) fraud it was,” he said.
Previously it was reported that the determination of Captain FX Nurcahyo Utomo as a member of the KNKT is legally flawed, even suspected of such determination using a false letter.
“Based on reports from the public, are suspected criminal offenses of forgery and use of the false letter,” said the member of Commission V Anton Sihombing.
