Jakarta, Aktual.com-The government said will take divestment Freeport through state-owned enterprises. This was stated by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Sudirman Said. “The first sequence is Central Government, Local, state, new enterprises,” he said.

In the calculation , the value of 100 percent of PT Freeport Indonesia claimed to reach USD16,2 or equivalent Rp225,18 trillion at an exchange rate of Rp 13,900 . Thus , the price of 10.64 percent of the shares of USD1,7 billion , equivalent to Rp23,63 trillion

Director and Executive Vice President Freeport Indonesia Clementino Lamury has explained that bids submitted by Freeport based on the calculation with including the assumption of an operation extension will be obtained Freeport after 2021.
