Jakarta, Aktual.com – Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) re-schedule an examination of the Governor of South Sumatra, Alex Noerdin. He will be questioned over corruption cases homestead athletes development SEA Games Jakabaring Palembang.
Daily Executive Head of Public Relations of the Commission, Yuyuk Andriati explained, examination today is redialing after Alex was not present on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.
“This afternoon rescheduling last week she didnt come,” said Yuyuk as confirmed on Tuesday (1/3).
According Yuyuk, Alex will be examined as a witness to suspect President Director of PT Duta Graha Indah (now renamed PT Nusa Construction Engineering) Dudung Purwadi (DPW).

This examination is the umpteenth time for the Golkar Party politician. In fact, Alex also has provided testimony as a witness in the trial of former Head of Highways Provincial Government of North Sumatra, Rizal Abdullah some time ago.
To note, when this was the case, Dudung still serves as Director of PT Duta Graha Indah (DGI). Currently DGI has renamed Nusa Construction Engineering. Until this afternoon, Alex has not been seen at the headquarters antirasuah.
Dudung suspected of committing an unlawful act and abuse their authority to enrich themselves or another person or corporation related to the implementation of the development.
On his actions, Dudung suspected of violating Article 2 or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Act No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption Eradication in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) to-1 in conjunction with Article 65 Penal Code.
