Jakarta, Aktual.com – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will not appeal against the decision of the former president director of PT Agung Podomoro Land, Ariesman Widjajaja.
KPK prosecutors, Ali Fikri ‘Willing’ judge sentenced Ariesman 3 years in prison and a fine of Rp200 million subsidiary 3 months in prison.
“The public prosecutor (JPU) after study the verdict, argued accept it because the ruling has been more than two-thirds of the demand,” said the prosecutor who handled the case this Ariesman, in Jakarta, Thursday (8/9).
He stated if the Anti-Corruption Court judges have accommodated all charges.
“The theory and analysis of juridical facts prosecutor also largely accommodated the judge,” added Ali Fikri.
Ariesman Widjaja as President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land was sentenced to 3 years by Court Judge Corruption (KPK) Jakarta. He was ordered to pay a fine of Rp200 million subsidiary 3 months in prison. (Musdi Anto)
