Surabaya, Aktual.com – East Java Police Chief, Anton Setiadji said East Java government will publish legislation banning social organization Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) because it does not recognize Pancasila.

He explained the legal framework is a local regulation, not regulation, because the material is a collective agreement Regional Leaders Forum (Forpimda).
“It was delivered to the central government, but we do not have to wait. so we ask the Governor to publish local regulations (Perda) that agreed by the government, the regional police and the prosecutor (Prevention of Social Conflict team). We want East Java started,” he said.
