Jakarta, Aktual.com – Presidential spokesman, Johan Budi SP said that President Jokowi ask the Attorney General (AGO) to immediately process Samadikun Hartono as fugitive BLBI.

“The President has received a report regarding the arrest Samadikun. The President has ordered the head of BIN and the Attorney General to undertake appropriate measures within the law,” said Johan Budi, Monday (18/4).
Upon arriving later in the homeland, Samadikun who has been sentenced to four years it will be directly executed by the AGO.
“The process of repatriation is based on internationally agreed mechanisms and in accordance with the laws of the country of China. This process would take time,” he said.
