Jakarta, Aktual.com – Hundreds of taxi drivers do rally in front of the House of Representatives (DPR), Jakarta, Tuesday (22/3).
This rally is the second time after a rally in front of City Hall and the State Palace some time ago. Demonstrators carry the same demands that requested block uber application and grab.
Protesters came to the House to meet with council members in order to accommodate their aspirations to ask minister Rudiantara block the online transport applications. However, because these days board members entering the recess then no one has approached the demonstrators.
Earlier, Transport Minister Ignatius Jonan already sent a letter requesting transport block applications, but Rudiantara not realize because there is no offense committed uber and grab a taxi.
As a result of these protests roads Gatot Subroto experiencing severe congestion. Demonstrators are expected to increase during the day. The plan of the conventional taxi driver will rally until late afternoon.
