Jakarta, Aktual.com – Vice-chairman of Commission IV Daniel Johan confirms that Jakarta bay reclamation moratorium should be immediately implemented by all parties, either by the central government, provincial government and the developer.
This responds to the persistence of the project activity on several islands reclaimed.
“The agreement must be executed in full moratorium.” said Daniel in Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday (29/4).
As for the compensation for prospective residents reclaimed island, Daniel assess it becomes the responsibility of the developer. Therefore, the consequences of which have not been authorized to sell the property.
However, it is still assessing whether there is an error in the provincial government of DKI or not. Otherwise, all losses transferred to the developer.
