He explained to Hary Tanoesodibjo will examined as a witness on his capacity as a former Commissioner of PT Mobile 8 Telecom, however he is requesting the examination was postponed 11 April 2016.
“The reason was outside the city, as Letter No.030 / 2016 / 0581.01 / HP & P, dated April 6, 2016 Subject: Request Delay Witness Examination of Witness lawyer at Hotman Paris & Partners Law Firm.”
Thursday (17/3), Hary Tanoe had undergone examination of 5 hour about the alleged corruption of tax refunds PT Mobile 8 Telecom at the Roundhouse Attorney General.
But the status of HT have not upgraded to the suspects by special criminal investigators. “I’m sure I would not be suspect, I do not know (about the tax refunds),” said Hary Tano Attorney General in Jakarta.
