Jakarta, Aktual.com – Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Sudirman Said telling will make Special Mining Enterprises. Through this Special SOE will be expected of all companies engaged in the mining sector will work together.
“This is just we discuss, once again a new limited discourse. Later we’ll proposal and requested a response from the Parliament as soon as possible,” said Sudirman Said at the office of the Directorate General of Electricity, Rasuna Said, Jakarta, Friday (19/2).
Sudirman revealed plans to establish the Special Mining Enterprises is indeed included in the text and the draft prepared by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The draft will be taken and submitted to the relevant parties, including the Parliament for review.
“As the existence of Gas regulatory special task force (SKK Migas), the draft we prepared,” he said. Sudirman said, the task of a special mining of SOE will manage the concession of mining, trading and contracting with the business entity.
He hopes the planned formation of Special Mining Enterprises will be approved by the Parliament. According to him, the draft for the establishment of the already-prepared. Remaining waiting for the results of discussions and input from Parliament.
“Later Enterprises will interact directly with mining companies. For example Freeport will directly cooperate with this special SOE,” he added.
