Flooding in District of North Aceh, flooding continues to expand due to heavy rain which flushed the local area over the last few days. As a result, thousands of residents took refuge in the two districts.
Head of Government Public Relations North Aceh District T Nadirsyah, said the water height ranging from 30 to 200 centimeters, causing residents who live in District Matang Kuli and Langkahan displaced.

He added, in the District Langkahan only one village whose citizens were evacuated to Linteung village, as many as 104 people to be displaced. While in Matang Kuli district, West Tumpok village there are 240 people, Hagu village of 390 people, Alue Thoe village 234 people, Lawang village 240 people, Siren village of 96 people and Tanjung village 216 people are displaced because of the flooding.
