Jakarta, Aktual.com – Acting Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan (LBP) back to clarify two issues concerning his sector, both Oil and Mineral Coal Minning (Minerba) Law and Gas and Oil  Law. This time he said, the government could not confirm whether the second revision of the law will be initiated by the government or fixed by the Parliament.

But from the government, at the nearest meeting will try to communicate with Parliament so that the second revision of the Act, which was originally an initiative of the Parliament to be given to the government and become a government initiative.

“While we are talking about (Law on Oil and Gas and Mining) later with the Parliament is also one of the agenda, on September 1. Yes there is not uncertain if so the government’s initiative, we will talk to my friends in the House is,” he said Monday night (29/8).

However, this statement is different from the attitude of the previous LBP. Initially he emphatically said he wanted to take the initiative by submitting an effort after the bill to the House that the bill be resolved quickly.

“The oil and gas bill has long been made, how many years ago, three years, now we want to propose to the Parliament. Government initiatives let more quickly. We will soon, perhaps that could be this week we have started working on.
