Jakarta, aktual.com – The leading paint company, Nippon Paint, officially acquired Selleys and Vital Technical (V-tech). Two well-known brands from Australia and Malaysia for building construction and renovation.
“Selleys and V-tech are the leading brands of adhesives, sealants for construction and home improvement, fillers and lubricants. We call these product lines SAFL (Sealants, Adhesives, Fillers, Lubricants)” says Jon Tan, Decorative Paints CEO of Nippon Paint Indonesia in a Press Conference of Virtual Launch Selleys & V-tech on Sunday (5/12/2021).
An independent market research by Nippon Paint shows that the retail market potential of SAFL in Indonesia may reach an estimated Rp. 6 trillion annually. Therefore, General Manager (TU Division) of Nippon Paint Indonesia, Mark Liew, says Nippon Paint is confident SAFL sales would increase in the future, with an annual growth of up to 10 percent.
For many years, Selleys and V-tech have been providing a wide range of premium quality products for every building construction and renovation purpose -from foundation, interior and exterior designs, roof, various materials such as wood, metal, and glass- in over 82 countries.
