Jakarta, Aktual.com – Commission II House of Representatives held a working meeting with the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) to finalize the rules on the prohibition of political money that is done in a structured, systematic and massive.

Lukman example, did Bawaslu review the amount of money that is spread when money politics when establish Structured, Systematic, and Massif (TSM) .
He said the Commission II want Bawaslu regulation is not crown and do not multi-perception and wanted clearly explained, including its definition.
“What is structured using the structure of the government? Which structures are used? We want to rule this Bawaslu not float, not multi perception and want to ‘clear’ is explained clearly including definitions-definitions,” he said.
Lukman said the Commission II wanted each pair candidate and his campaign team to understand what kind of TSM, including associated sources of funding is the object which Bawaslu audit.
Besides, according to him, whether acceptance of campaign funds before the campaign period could be the object of an audit or not.
“We hope it can be resolved in the meeting today,” he said.
In addition, according to Lukman, the property setting expected anticipate black war campaign. Commission II encourages Bawaslu prohibit black campaign in social media among regional head candidates to make the proper rules.
