Jakarta, Aktual.com – AMAN Kapital, a subsidiary of AMAN Corpora that focuses on strategic investments, has officially entered into a groundbreaking partnership with PT Maharani Prima, a company with decades of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services within the oil and gas industry.
The partnership, sealed in a formal event today, marks a significant step forward in the development of energy infrastructure in Indonesia.

The partnership is projected to unlock a combined investment potential of up to IDR 5 trillion.
The signing ceremony was attended by James Karnadi, Commissioner of AMAN Kapital, and Adam Arrieta, President Director of PT Maharani Prima, both of whom expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership.
