Jakarta, Aktual.com – Coordinating Minister for maritime and Resources, Rizal Ramli visited Belgium for a meeting of the High Level Roundtable on Global Infrastructure Investment Strategy related to maritime cooperation.
In a press release received in Jakarta, Wednesday (24/2), a former finance minister under President Abdurrahman Wahid was held a meeting with Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Didier Reynders at the Egmont Palace in Brussels on Tuesday (23/2).
The meeting discussed cooperation in the field of maritime infrastructure, energy, fishing industry, trade and regional cooperation is a follow-up of a conversation between Rizal with Belgian Ambassador to Indonesia Patrick Herman in Jakarta some time ago.

In addition to discussing the issue of vulnerable environments in other parts of the world, High Level Roundtable on Global Infrastructure Investment Strategy also addresses the Belgian technological advantages that can be offered to Indonesia, particularly in the areas of infrastructure support facilities of national shipping.
Belgium itself said interested in the development plan of a number of port infrastructure to facilitate connectivity number of regions in Indonesia as a marine highway realizing capital launched by the government.
The country is known for having excellence in the field of port management that is integrated with the industry as well as environmentally friendly.
