Attorney General’s Office has received 11 Warrant Commencement of Investigation (SPDP) cases of land and forest fires in Indonesia from investigations that done by the police. 11 SPDP are cases involving corporations.
“There are 15 cases involving corporation, 11 SPDP, 3 P19 and 1 case file stated of P21,” said Deputy of Attorney General for General Crimes Noo Rochmad as confirmed on Tuesday (9/2).
As for cases involving individuals there 148 cases with details SPDP are 28, then file is not yet complete (P19) 18 cases, declared complete file P21 of 4 cases.
“And for the already entered the trial phase there were 48 cases, and that has been ruling there were 50 cases.” Rochmad Noor said the total number of cases that go to the Attorney overall total of 163 cases from all regions of Indonesia.
Here are the details, the Attorney General there are three cases, Prosecutor East Kalimantan, there are 7 cases, there were 8 cases South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and West Kalimantan there are 30 there were 24 cases.
“Prosecutor South Sumatera 24 cases, 54 cases Prosecutor Riau and Jambi 13 cases,” he said.
