Jakarta, Aktual.com – Connie Rahakundini, Observer Defense and Intelligence said chief of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) ideally filled a military background.

“This BIN chief (the TNI) to be more logical,” said Connie during a discussion in Menteng, Central Jakarta,on Saturday (3/9).
He stressed, an intelligence not only required to have more intelligence capability, but also should have a strong overseas network.
“Discuss intelligence network. You can not turn on the network if you do not have a network, even if you are strong. you do not work,” said Connie.
