Lampung, Aktual.com – Dozens of activists who members of Solidaritas Untuk Karnaval Tolak Reklamasi Teluk Lampung (The Outsider Lampung) demonstrated refused hoarding the beach in the Teluk Lampung region, Lampung Province.
The Mass action was undertaken in the Bundaran Tugu Adipura, the center of Bandar Lampung city , Sunday afternoon(4/9) , demanding rejection of reclamation in Lampung. Demonstrators carrying cardboard that read Lampung Reject Reclamation, Opponent vandals, Reclamation Destructive Nature.
“This action is a form of refuse Teluk Lampung reclamation because the developer has violated the rules of environmental impact assessment,” said coordinator of the demonstration, Jimy M Sarbini.
a Solidaritas Untuk karnaval tolak reklamasi’s activists, Joko Purwanto, agreed to take action to refuse reclamation in Teluk Lampung because of its impacts.
They ask to stop Teluk Lampung reclamation and the authorities to immediately process the law and catch the perpetrators and licensors allegedly the illegal reclamation.
The Reclamation in Teluk Lampung that had previously been of concern to the ranks of law enforcement agencies both in Lampung and Jakarta, to conduct inquiries permits that have been issued.
The Officials in the city government Bandar Lampung has also been summoned and questioned by the relevant authorities of the reclamation permit.(Musdi Anto)
