Jakarta, Aktual.com – Leaders of House will mention about a draft bill of Tax Amnesty is currently included in the national legislation in 2016, in the consultative meeting between the Parliament and the President Jokowi at the State Palace on Monday (22/2) afternoon.
This was conveyed by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Fadli Zon, at the Parliament Complex, Senayan.
“Yes it is included, draft bill on Tax Amnesty, because it’s included in the priority national legislation, including about KPK,” said Fadli.
Fadli also reminded the government through the Ministry of Finance, does not need include the revenue from the tax amnesty as assumptions in law of the budget state later. And until now, draft bill is not sure become act later.
“I do not think we need to wait tax amnesty, because it’ll be as if when there is a change only for tax amnesty, it’s also a political process is not necessarily the law, what if some fraction of their refuse it,”
“There will not be the tax amnesty, including us from Gerindra faction that refuses tax amnety it,” he said.
